They are useful for occasions where it is not known what the specific preference of the recipient might be in terms of size, style or colour in any particular product in our range

Because of the way our website is set up at the moment, we cannot avoid VAT being shown in addition to the basic cost of the "product" - but in fact we will make the Voucher for the amount requested - and we will treat the Voucher as for the Gross amount including UK VAT. If VAT is not applicable (i.e. the Voucher is for garments being sent to a recipient outside the UK or European Community) it will of course be ignored anyway.
